The CREW!
Connection - Respect - Empathy - Working it out!
2027 dates to be announced
Friendships can be fun, complicated, confusing, and sometimes all three at once!
The CREW is an interactive workshop for young people aged 9-12, exploring friendships, connection and the tricky bits that come with getting along with others. Through activities, games and real-life scenarios, we’ll explore friendship groups, boundaries, communication, disagreements, exclusion, repairing friendships, and knowing when to ask for help.
The focus isn’t on teaching young people how they should make friends, but helping them better understand themselves and others, navigate friendship challenges, and feel more confident in their relationships.

More than Small Talk
Responding to Personal Disclosures in Client-Facing Work
2027 dates to be announced
When you work closely with people, sometimes they tell you things you weren’t expecting to hear.
Designed for lawyers, accountants, hairdressers and other client-facing professionals, this practical workshop explores how to respond when a client shares something personal, distressing or concerning.
We’ll look at how to listen and respond without becoming the person’s therapist, what to do when you’re worried about someone, how to navigate boundaries and referrals, and how to manage the impact these conversations can have on you.
